The Dixon Center
Cabrini’s sports and recreation complex, the Dixon Center, houses squash courts, a gymnasium with three basketball courts, a swimming pool, a fitness center and strength training area, a dance/aerobics room, and an indoor track.
Plenty to Get Exercised About
Want to get in shape for your favorite sport, or prefer a non-competitive approach to fitness? Then take advantage of the variety of fitness activities offered at Cabrini, ranging from aerobics to yoga. Tone your triceps in the fitness center, release exam-time anxieties by kickboxing the heavy bag into submission, or head to the track or pool to get in a few laps before your next class. However you like to get physical, Cabrini has a lot to offer.
